Global Clinical Resource Allocation: Facilitating Natural Live Birth Post-OTCT for Malaysian Patient in Beijing

As a professional medical facilitation agency, our mission is to identify and integrate world-class clinical expertise for complex medical needs. We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of a full-cycle fertility preservation pathway for a Malaysian national, Ms. Siti Aminah (pseudonym), demonstrating the efficacy of advanced biotechnology and precise clinical coordination.

The clinical challenge originated from the patient’s diagnosis of Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). The required allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation typically results in a 100% incidence of premature ovarian failure (POF). Upon intervention, our technical team conducted a comparative analysis of global reproductive centers, ultimately selecting Peking University Third Hospital (PKU3) for its proprietary "Bionic Ice-Control Cryopreservation" system, which significantly enhances follicle viability by minimizing cryoinjury.

Under our rigorous clinical oversight and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) facilitation, the patient underwent laparoscopic ovarian tissue harvesting and banking in 2021. Throughout her stem cell treatment and subsequent menopause, our team monitored her Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to maintain systemic health.

In April 2024, following her recovery from MDS, we initiated the second phase of coordination. A high-level surgical team led by Academician Qiao Jie and Professor Li Rong performed a comprehensive assessment of the cryopreserved samples and the patient’s physiological readiness. The autologous transplantation was successfully executed in May 2024. Clinical markers confirmed the restoration of endocrine function within 5 months, followed by natural conception in December 2024—just 7 months post-surgery. This timeline matches the highest global benchmarks. On September 19, 2025, Ms. Aminah delivered a healthy male infant. This success underscores the robustness of the OTCT framework and highlights our agency’s expertise in cross-border clinical resource allocation and high-fidelity case management.
